Nina Winternheimer
Dressage Trainer
Nina Winternheimer started riding and showing dressage as a child in Sweden where her family bred welsh ponies. Knowing she wanted a career with horses, Nina got a solid two year education at Flyinge, the Swedish National Stud, graduating top of her class. In addition, she went to Stromsholm, the Swedish National Riding Academy where she got her certification as an instructor. Nina moved to Los Angeles in 1998 where she is now a successful dressage trainer and Grand Prix rider, having received numerous awards, including the USDF gold medal. Several of her students have earned their bronze and silver medals under her guidance.
Gabby Agnew
Assistant
Gabby has been riding since she was 8 years old. She grew up riding at a hunter/ jumper barn in Sun Valley, CA. After graduating high school she attended Meredith Manor, an Equestrian Career College in West Virginia. She completed the Riding Master VI program, taking lessons in dressage and jumping, and obtained certificates in Horse Training, and Equine Sports Massage Therapy. She was also a barn manager for 5 quarters, and was recognized with an outstanding barn manager award in her second year. She currently works for Nina at Hacienda Del Valle and competes her own horse, Zebedee, at second level.
